Bunches of blue fractal flowers appear to float on a field of fog.
This year's wildflowers can't come up too soon for me, and I got tired of waiting. Spring in the Sonoran Desert of southern Arizona begins in February. I admit, we're a bit spoiled. We see flowers and grass when most folks are still dealing with blizzards. Still, I can't wait for spring flowers so I made some of my own.
The best thing about fractal flowers is that they never fade and you can enjoy them year round. They can also be any color you like. The joy of art for me includes creating pieces with familiar subjects using colors you don't normally see them with. The palette of the imagination is truly unlimited.
